Malwina Kadziela from NC
accounting has earned this nomination through:
1.
Demonstrating strong teamwork and leadership skills – Malwina shows strong
leadership skills through being an example for all in the class to see. She is
extremely dedicated, tackles every new task with dedication and a willingness
to learn and grow. Malwina helps others in the class when they need help
and was selected by the group as being the most knowledgeable accounting
student in the class. Malwina gives up her own time to support her study group
and others in the class.
2.
Excel in work within her own course and wants to move onto HE – Malwina has
excelled in all subjects across the course and has worked extremely hard to
overcome any language barrier she thought she may have had. Malwina is very
passionate about moving onto HNC Accounting as she wants to become a chartered
accountant and go the distance which in my opinion she will achieve!
3.
Represent the views of fellow learners and identify solutions for their student
cohort. When the class has experienced any disputes Malwina has always been a
calming influence in the class and makes suggestions which the class listen to
and accept – Malwina then works closely with the student representative to give
advice and support to help improve the dynamic in the class.
4.
Very positive attitude towards learning and other learners. Because of her
determination to succeed on the course she radiates positivity towards learning
new material and masters any new concepts to ensure she could comfortably
transport these skills to the workplace.
